DOODLEVERSE – REFUND POLICY
Effective Date: 21 April 2025

At DoodleVerse, every product is made or curated with care and creativity. Due to the nature of our products and operations, we maintain a strict no-refund, no-exchange policy with limited exceptions outlined below.


1. All Sales Are Final

Unless otherwise required by New Zealand Consumer Law, all purchases are final. We do not offer refunds, returns, or exchanges for:

  • Change of mind

  • Accidental purchases

  • Incorrect selection (including sizing, colour, or quantity)

  • Delays in shipping due to courier or customs issues

  • Personal taste preferences (e.g., design or style)

  • Items that have been opened, used, or damaged after delivery


2. Exceptions – Faulty or Damaged Goods

In the rare case that you receive a product that is genuinely faulty, defective, or significantly damaged in transit, you must contact us within 3 calendar days of receiving the item. Any claims made after this period will not be accepted under any circumstances.

To lodge a fault claim, you must email info@doodleverse.co.nz with:

  • Your full name and order number

  • A detailed description of the issue

  • Clear, unedited photos showing the fault or damage

  • Original packaging and labels (if applicable)

We reserve the right to assess each case and determine, at our sole discretion, whether a refund, replacement, or store credit may be issued.


3. Assessment of Fault

Filing a claim does not guarantee a refund or replacement. We reserve the right to:

  • Reject any claim that does not meet our criteria

  • Request the return of the item for further inspection (at your cost unless found faulty)

  • Offer a replacement or store credit instead of a refund

  • Require you to return the faulty product before any resolution is issued


4. Custom or Personalised Items

No refunds, returns, or exchanges are available for any item that is custom-made, personalised, or made-to-order. These items are created specifically for you and are non-refundable under any circumstances unless legally required.


5. Digital Products

All digital downloads or online content purchases are non-refundable once the download or access link has been sent.


6. Refund Method

If a refund is approved, it will be issued only via the original payment method used at checkout. Refunds will not include any shipping fees, unless the entire order was faulty.


7. Right to Refuse Refunds

We reserve the right to deny any refund request that we believe to be fraudulent, abusive, or inconsistent with the spirit of this Refund Policy. Our decision is final and binding.
