My order hasn’t arrived yet. How can I check its status?

Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive an email with a tracking link. Click the link to view the current status of your delivery. If you have trouble accessing the tracking information or need further assistance, please Contact Us.

How long does delivery take?

Orders are usually dispatched the next working day after purchase. During busy periods or if you pay by Bank Deposit, dispatch may take 3-5 business days. Delivery times depend on your location, please refer to our Shipping page for specific estimates based on your area.

Do you deliver internationally?

At the moment, we only ship within New Zealand. However, we’re working on expanding our delivery to other countries in the future. Stay tuned for updates!

Below are some common questions about Doodle Club.

How does your reward program work?

When you join our reward program 'Doodle Club', you’ll receive 1 doodle point for every $1 you spend online. For every 100 doodle points you earn, you’ll be able to redeem a $5 voucher!

Do I need to sign up to shop online?

You don’t need to sign up as a member to make online purchases. If you prefer, you can checkout as a guest, although there are member benefits when you join our reward program. Sign up today to earn discount vouchers!

How can I join Doodle Club?

Simply create an account here and start ordering. You'll automatically earn Doodle Points with your purchases! Remember to always be logged in to collect points on your orders. Visit https://doodleverse.co.nz/pages/doodle-club to learn how to redeem your rewards!

How can I redeem Doodle Points?

Here's some instructions to redeem your points:

1. Hop into your account by clicking the 'Login/Sign up' button, waiting for you at the top-right of our homepage. If on Mobile, go to the side Menu and you'll find a login button.

2. Once you're logged in, head over to your Doodle Points hub! You'll find it by tapping the little Doodle Club icon chilling in the bottom-left corner of our homepage. A neat little window will pop up.

3. Click on 'Ways to redeem' to uncover your available vouchers. 

4. Click on  'Redeem' next to the discount and a code will appear. Please use that code at checkout to redeem your discount or click on 'Apply' and the code will be automatically applied to your cart.

Can I gift Doodle Points or Rewards?

Unfortunately doodle points and rewards can not be transferred to another customer or account. 

Can I redeem multiple vouchers at once?

You can redeem up to 200 doodle points (2 x $5 vouchers) per order.
